When the turbo actuator is going through the motions I.e ignition on or ignition off, what sort of noise should it be making as mine seems to make an intermittent clicking type noise as well as a wering type noise.

Somebody more learned than me will come along but that noise sounds like the egrs.

Could that explain the engine system fault and special programs off plus limp mode that resets on cycling the ignition. The same as actuator ceazing up symptoms.
