As in previous threads, never ever had an issue with a BCM flash using the IID. As long you have a decent battery, or external supply in place, you have nothing to worry about My D3 Build Thread

I have run the IID injector offset test a couple of times over the last year, but not since swapping my fuel to V Power. So this morning I decided to run the offset test again. It's amazing how a simple fuel change can alter the engine's behaviour.
Here's the before and after results. Both were conducted at running temperature. The only difference in the tests were ambient temperature, fuel used and about 5k miles between the tests.

After V Power
The difference is very noticeable on the offset figures and in the way the engine runs.Freelander SE 2005 Auto.

My figures were after using solely good stuff for almost 3,000 miles.

Funny how the I injector offset values are now getting more discussion now more of us can read the values. What factors other fuel could change the average readings from each cylinder?2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

It does appear that way DM However the engine runs much nicer on V Power. . I suspect I'm not far off an injector change or 2 but for now I'll drive it while waiting for the crank to break Freelander SE 2005 Auto.

This is a long shot - check that you have fuse 17 in the fuse box under bonnet beside battery and if there, that it has not blown
Controlled EVERY single fuse by now. - still not working
I replaced injector 5, the one with the lowest readings with a new one. - still not working, got an P020E
So I replaced injector 4, cylinder 5 with the old injector from cylinder 3 - - still not working, got an P020E
and the f fuel return pipes are leaking now on cylinder 3, injector 5. -colour coded wheel arches

Hello,
in the end it turned out to be a loose pin on the injector wiring harness.
So - I could have safed a lot of time & money by replacing the wiring harness or repairing the connector itsself...
