| Trim removal for C/L splice fix |

I'm removing the trim in my new (to me) HSE to get to the central locking splice next to the passenger seat (which was, until yesterday, submerged in water).
I can remove the outer trim easily enough. The more substantial (thickness) plastic trim that it 'clicks' into seems trickier to remove. Should it just shove forwards to release from the white plastic 'buttons'?
