Anyone come across or used these guys for servicing? They are LR authorised and I guess they have set up to compete with Stratstone in central London (and we all know how bad they are). Would be good to find a decent outfit in central London.

Could try Charles Hurst in Park Royal who took over from HR Owen last year?  D4 3.0 GS Auto due in July

Not likely, they quoted £597.64 for a 30k service! I was so gobsmacked I didn't bother trying to haggle them down. Have used Lancaster Reading so far who have been great and reasonable value, but it's a bit of a trek.

Just to close the loop on this, London Group was set up by a bunch of guys who defected from Stratstone (unhappy with the direction the company was going). Their prices seem cheaper than most in London (quoted me £350 + VAT for a 30k service and have a standard labour rate of £90 + VAT per hour) and they are conveniently located behind Kings Cross station and just outside the Central Charging zone. If you want someone central and don't have any hang-ups with having your car worked on by someone who used to work for Stratstone then these guys could be worth a try.
I am sticking with Lancaster Reading for the time being. Bit of a trek, but out of all the LR authorised garages I have used in London and Shropshire they have proved to be the most on the ball technically by a long way.
