hi, could do with some advice my d3 has now done 45000 and has been hard to get into 1st gear so i took it in to land rover garage as it is very close to the end of the waranatee
the dealer said that the clucht had dropped (strange) and they would need to speak to landrover to see if this is covered on the warantee
i know that there are faults of this nature but where do i stand (and how much is a new clucht)
i do tow quite a lot but unless i pull off at high revs it never slips ?

Here's some more clutch sufferers & the outcomes. If you tell them it's been smelling for a while and the gears have been difficult to select, then with a lot of pressure, they should come way to your way of thinking.
