ill do a trip around Salisbury - no need to pay anyone
all you need is an OS explorer map
i'll take 4 beginners, and sort out one other experienced person - total convoy 6
anyone interested - non damaging, other than having to clean the clay out of the nooks and cranniesDuncan

If I'd known I was going to be so thirsty this morning I'd have drunk more beer last night.

If there's more than 5 Duncan, I'll lead a second group if you want
Another thing, remember all of the lanes in the Shrewton, Tilshead, Chitterne triangle (Copehill Down) are closed until 30/4/15

Going through the thread, and assuming I can read and count correctly, there are currently 14 vehicles including 2 volunteers to lead.
Would it be worth moving this to the Meets, Gatherings & Events section with a sign up and prospective dates?Disco gone

Competent but not experienced. Many moons ago I was trained by the Marines in old LR 110s in off road driving. I've also done various LR experince courses, however, I've not done may green lanes.D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

The challenger tanks have just torn the place up. So perfect timing to go make the most of the ground And ditches divots and holes theyve made .
Its fun in an armoured vehicle at the mo. So even better in a disco

I will give a hand if anyone needs help!!!
DD - Malborough lanes are ok and still worth a drive. Only thing you have to avoid the Ridgeway this time of year and so there would be a little more road driving between lanes.

It's certainly been noisy here the last couple of days. Booms and bangs (technical term ) going off like mad! Could be quite disconcerting if you were unaware.
