There is one . I removed the whole switch/ light assembly to get to mine to replace with LED. Be careful though, I damaged it in the process. I think it's a Ford part shared with the Focus but I've managed to get mine back together satisfactorily so didn't order a replacement in the end. Was kicking myself though... 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Was going to stick an led in mine. I might just leave it alone then for now.
Maybe I can persuade redgull into replacing his non working bulb first, learn from his experiences

Something your not telling me Mikey?
I tried with the glovebox released all the way down and couldn't get my fat head in there to see what was going on. And I haven't got the fattest fingers in the world but there was no way I could get them in to grab the bulb

Just done mine in the dark, the little plunger that switches the lamp on has a white collar, have a poke with the collar using a small screwdriver, my collar popped outwards, then press the lugs down that surrounded the collar and pop the light into the cavity, long nose pliers pull the lamp out from the bottom and swap the bulb.
One of the few situations where an led bulb actually seems poorer than the standard filament bulb
Also fitted led bulbs to the sun visor mirror lamps, pretty good again fiddly sods.

This is the part I believe:

Should give you an idea how it's fitted. I thought the LED worked very well compared to the old bulb that was in there. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
