Had the pleasure of taking my car into the new dealership for a small warranty job today. I have to say, it is a very impressive place.

The car park is huge compared to the last premises. I really liked the "Drive in service" lane, which is an enclosed reception area that you drive upto, the door opens and you drive in. There you are are met by the service reception, your car is whisked away, and you are ushered into the very plush reception.

The staff are all obviously very proud of their new workplace, and could not have been more keen to show me around.

I really like the coffee bar style of the service area. No longer sat face to face with a service advisor across a desk, you sit down for a coffee, and its much less formal.

The sales floor is really bright and spacious, with room for every car in all the Jaguar and Land Rover, Range Rover marques.

Of course it all cost a lot of money, and some would say thats a bad thing and they should concentrate on keeping costs down, but I personally like it, and think its now a dealership fitting of the brand.
