As this is a Group buy, the membership term and post count criterea for the established member discount we offer on this board does not apply here, You just need to have joined before this Group Buy started.
So you can indeed take part MC_Blade

Could someone explain how this group buy works. Ive never taken part in one before.
Do we buy online once enough people have signed up using a discount code?
How do i go from "registered" to "confirmed"

Hiya Sly666
Don't worry, We have hosted Dozens of sucessful Group Buys before
Once we have at least 12 members signing up as interested, I will post up a Unique Promo code for this Group Buy.
Then you would purchase what you want via the shop as usual, with the only difference being that you would enter the Promo code during the checkout stage in the box provided.
At the end you will be given an Order Reference Number you should take note of although you will also be sent an Order confirmation E-Mail
At this stage you will seem to be agreeing to make a purchase without any discount, but your adding the Promo Code will flag your order up to my Admin Angels that it may be subject to discount who will check it with me.
This is why you will need to PM me your order Reference number as soon as you have it via this board, so I can validate your eligability to the Admin Angels.
Don't worry if you screw up your order forget to add the prom code or whatever, Just PM me with something like your real name, e-mail address or whatever so i can link you to your order and i will sort it out.
My Admin angels will then contact you directly, provide you with a new discounted invoice including relevanet details and TBH look after you to a degree that truly earns them the Angel status and many hundreds of complimentary comments.
In the end they will supply you with Tracking details for your fully insured order that typically and quite amazingly takes only 2 or 3 days to arrive right on your doorstep which is the second most complimentary comment we get

8 registered 4 more to go.
I have just read that after flushing the auto box, a reset may be required. I believe Geoff and DiscoMikey offer this when doing a megaflush.
Colin at BBS informs me that the Evolution can reset the box.

The reset after flushing has to be thought about and on higher milage gearboxes it may be something to avoid. Geoff and Mikey make considered decisions in consultation with their customers, as it is not something you do just for the fun of it.

Thanks Robbie/Geoff. what is the criteria for deciding whether to or not. When I had mine megaflushed 2 years ago, no one mentioned reset. Its probably about time it was reflushed but I want to change the sump for a metal version so not straight forward unless the person flushing does the pan change, but no-one near to me.

Probably a discussion for a different thread rather than distracting from your group buy.
