Lacks Power when pulling hard

Car feels down on power when pulling up hills. On a road I drive often I found I had to be a gear lower to make the same progress as she used to do. Runs out of steam at just over 3000rpm in 4th and 5th gear. Pulling up a hill I regularly go up the car will sit a 70 mph but you foot is to the floor, before you flew up the hill and would do 80-90 up it no problem, just exercising the turbo officer Whistle . Sees hills now in 6th gear it would normally manage.
2 tanks of different fuel and cleaner put through vehicle.
Turbo rod moves freely. 233kpa max boost OK ??
No black smoke.
No bongs of doom or fault codes.
Runs fine and plenty of go around town and up to 65mph.
Bearmach fuel and air filters fitted 4 months ago. Any problems with them ??
Fuel from tank pump sprays about 3/4 inch above valve. (could still be blocked filter or mesh under load)
MAF and MAP readings look normal .

Going to replace fuel filter with Delphi, if still the same will drop tank, clean mesh and replace pump with Peugeot item from fleabay. Prices vary from £19.99 up to £94.00 for same thing Shocked .Advanced Factors no longer do them as they had a batch of faulty ones and hassle.
Can anybody point me in the direction of one you have used successfully and still going. Don't want to pay £94 for one that is valued at £20 or pay £20 for one that lasts a week. When tank out might as well replace pump as it has 90000 miles on clock and that should be one less item to fail Laughing

No black smoke and pulls well till 3000rpm, boosts to 233kpa, checked top hose Ok, silicone hoses fitted last year. Would love to have found a hole but don't think so due to lack of black reek.

What are your MAF and MAP readings at wide open throttle? A pressure reading from the low pressure fuel line would provide a direction for subsequent tests.

IMHO, if you are going down that route, pay the £300, and get an OEM unit, complete

Replaced 1 pump myself, which failed after 3 weeks, and also replaced another 2, an Ebay special, and one from ECP. Not worth the hassle...

Need to know what the MAF/MAP + boost temps are, both at idle and under load Thumbs Up

I felt mine at 112,000 miles was suffering pull upper range, the new turbo is loosing off and the torque I now have is huge improvement, just wear and tear I suppose, not done my fuel pump yet, did talk with Mike about it but getting I think good low pressure feed at the top bleed, Mike that correct???

maf at idle 17.5 to 19.5 g/s Map at idle 99.00 kpa boost temp ?

At hill 4th gear 3623rpm 100% Load maf 173 g/s map 208kpa

At hill 5th gear 2397 rpm 100% load maf 128g/s map 230 kpa

Never looked at boost temp will look next chance I get.
If turbo U/S would boost pressure not be down as its using the air quicker than the turbo can supply it, fairly constant on hill between 226 and 230kpa. what should max boost be? Pulls well from 1500rpm, takes off at just below 2000rpm just not happy under load.
Car used to dig in going up hill, give it a bit extra throttle at bottom then have to lift off half way up as speed increased, now flat to floor to keep original speed Big Cry
Still think it fuel followed SWMBO when she was driving up the hill and no black smoke at all.

You can check the fuel rail pressure readings.

Though if it was lack of fuel, I would expect an ESF warning...
