Hi all, I am soon to be a new owner of a D3 TDV6 HSE which replaces my VW Touareg TDI. I have some wheels and tires (overfinch 22 inch wheels) that was left from my RRSport Supercharged, and was wondering if they will be suitable with my D3. I know most of you wont agree putting on 22 inch wheels on a D3 but I purchased the wheels just a few months before I sold the RRS. THe main problem is that the tires have load index of 106, and I believe that the minimum for the D3 is 109. Otherwise I would have to sell them and probably look for a set of 19inch wheels for the D3.

IND TDV6, welcome to the site . 22" Overfinch Rims 
Most on here wont agree with 22" on a D3. (been there)
What I would say is that the 106 load index wil be a problem.
One of the guys here (Mr. Bling) had 22" Kahn'on his D3
he had somes problem with them and I think it was the load index
that was the issue (running on 106) , do a search for Mr. Bling
in the forum and you will find the post.
The Riims will fit the D3 no problem , just mind the load index.
