Things not suitable for stop start
1.steam trains. pull up at station ,quench fire....
2.helicopters...go into static hover gps confirms you are not moving cuts engine...
3.my.cars.
what about tv stop start..adverts on tv off could save thousands in elec bills and random purchases.and as they always say..multiply by all the world and you save enough to remove our dependence on.....blah blah It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.
