The research we came across only prototype operations not full scale production with world wide distribution capacity.
I'm thankful for the input, could you email me the links to the others available [not on this thread please] to spiker@offroving.com
Many thanks!Live Authentically,

Your RRS ones do look good by the way (like the Mexican music too)
The D3/LR3 ones the same design ?
$1700 is pricey - even with the current exchange rates But I guess its cheaper than new sills and doors
So I guess we can see some forum discounts coming along and a sponsorship deal PM martin if you are as he is the boss of all things disco3.
Some members here offer componant fitting services so it may be an idea to Pm them too
cheers

Ya, these are the bomb. We've had engineers, designers, techs, everyone evaluate these and no one can find a flaw in them. A truly great entrance.
You can go to www.offroving.com for the video of them in action then click on the Store/Contact Us in the menu and navigate your way to the Range Rover Sport KIT page, then to https://www.shop.offroving.com/displayProd...tegoryId=9 for details. Info on the LR3 sliders is coming within hours. Pricing will be released in the press release. But for EU, very affordable.Live Authentically,

Ya, been in touch with Martin. We're legit and did it right by paying for the ability to post about these sliders. Nothing less than above board.
Can't wait to help you guys conquer the world! I miss my LR3. Got a loaner last week while my Sport was getting a new gas tank [blew it out on the trail.....yes, that is the next product coming for Sport!] and loved the LR3.Live Authentically,

Have to say that the vid of the RRS was inconclusive to me ....there was only one occasion where the sliders came into contact with the rock and then I'm not sure that the give in the plastic sill covers \ chassis rails couldn't have dealt with. Do you have any other vids?21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I think the rail is part of the slider... and that one bit would have ripped off the plastic by the looks of it (from 1:27).
There was some pretty good driving in that vid though

Hey Guys, these sliders for the LR3/D3 that Spiker is talking about is the ones that I've been running with since last fall. We are distributing these together through www.offroving.com, so yes, these are indeed first to market, and you've seen the designs in the previous threads:
http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic6221-30.html
The RRS sliders are very similar, but have the radiused stand off tubes to match the curve of the body fairings, whereas, the D3 is more slab sided and allows the straight stand-offs. The actual slider portion is the part that is under the car, from frame to sill, and the stand offs prevent damage to the body panels above.
The LR3/D3 sliders are a bit more straightforward to mfr, and there is more economy in the anticipated sales volume, so pricing will be a bit less than that of the Sport.
And yes, we have been working with a chap you might all know and love to help us distribute them to the UK in bulk. Stay tuned for details...

I'll be shooting another video on the 16/17 of this month, but this time with a Hi-Def video camera so the image quality should be spot on.
I'll be sure to get all types of angles, close ups, etc.
BTW: the abuse I inflicted upon these on the trail [shown in the video] was massive, at one point sliding down a shelf with the full weight of the vehicle on the outer tubes then onto the slide plate which runs from frame to sill. The vehicle could not do this on its own. My blown gas tank [which ruptured on the outboard side] is evidence of it. Poor tank
As I say, I'll get some killer video for the next round of release media in a couple of weeks. Feel free to toss in any desired shots/angles/focal points you'd like to see more detail on and I'll be sure to shoot it.
Thanks for the interest and support. You guys are great!
Here's an uncut version of the video with some isolated clips. It's uploading now but I have to run...Daddy/Daughter night at the movies. So go to this directory and click on the only video in there: http://s57.photobucket.com/albums/g227/ads...go%20Club/Live Authentically,
