Looks like a good idea.
I may consider it if im it if I get my D4. Where abouts round Melton did you go? From that way myself. (In case the username didn't give it away!)

Just don't tell the Mrs about wrapping else she'll have me giving her business free advertising or something while under the guise of protecting my car! Lol

you meant to say, tell the Mrs, as her business can then pay for the wrapping as it will be advertising and so a deductible expense..... Thumbs Up [/quote]

Hmmmm you may have a point there!

She's not a hairdresser is she? Wouldn't be good turning your disco into a hairdressers car! Laughing

Ha. Fortunately not no! She's a vetinary physiotherapist! Basically physio for animals specialising in equine and canine but does all sorts! So not too bad to put on a car.

I think the Magnetic strips are a great idea , I spent ages trying to polish out the scratches from my last Green lane day , was on my Disco 2 though and one of the reasons why I haven't gone for a disco 3 yet, but I think that the magnetic panels solves that problem .......... Now the dilemma is are they more unreliable than the D2 ?

You could have even more fun by getting some black camouflage bits on them and drive around near the LR factory Rolling with laughter

I think it's great idea, the only worry will be is if you get scratches around the outside of them so it's even more obvious when you take them off

Sorry not been on to reply.

The magnetic panels were brilliant and no, the dirt doesn't get underneath. You have to make sure the panne,s are clean and dry before hand and they stick very very well. In some really tight lanes they didn't even budge! Well worth the £80 and a day and a half cutting it to shape.

I went all round Melton, you can spend a good day out that way on some really good lanes. You end up going past Belvior castle on some of the lanes. It's worth investing in an OS map of the area. Just pick the green crosses or circles.
