If previous history is anything to go by then it may well be Autoliv. Many years ago when I was a Senior Design Engineer I was responsible for many cell designs and would also commission such machines for their plant in Havant, Hants. Not sure where in the world they are made now as they closed that plant and shifted the manufacturing to europe. I did a few for Nissan, Ford, Land Rover, MINI, MG Rover etc. Safe to say if it is them then they are very good. Never seen my handywork though!
