Rockcrawler, our old caravan sat on the drive for 51 weeks every year not being used as it was always too much trouble to go away at weekends  this way we can now use it every weekend if we want and SWMBO can take the kids in school holidays if I'm working and being quite close to home I can commute to work as I did during the summer. I can't reccomend it enough  On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)
