Filament to LED lamp swap - D3
Did the lamp swap today, LEDs courtesy of AF; thanks Steve considered do the whole D4 version thing but do prefer the original look to be honest.

Have done the extra brake light mod at the same time, so have a butchered loom with some connectors left on it, if anyone wants a couple of the internal connectors with a few inches of wire on to do the same than let me know and I will post them out for a couple of quid

No worries robbie , thanks for the warning I'm pretty sure plod will only be concerned if they don't work vosa or the dvsa as they are now known might say something if I'm unlucky enough to get inspected . You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

For the twin brake light mod, you only need the link in my signature. Bit odd you have a chopped up loom.

Far too expensive a method............................I have a reputation as a tight northern b******d to maintain and I'm not prepared to compromise.

Seem bright, I haven't changed the lamps for a couple of years, looks like they were about done as the glass was blackened....and theeeeennn......???
