Seat help needed

Hello

Could anyone help me out please I need to strip my front drivers and the middle row seats down to their frames. I have done a search which has shown me how to do the drivers seat base but i still need to strip the rest. Big Cry current
D3 SE 2.7 tdv6
D2 TD5 Td5 inside tuned
RRC 200tdi front and rear locking diffs on 35's
