steering wheel wobble under braking
Hi any ideas. Today whilst driving on the motorway. Slowing down from 70mph I noticed my steering wheel wobbled under braking, but stopped when I got to 60mph and under.

I've had this problem. First time, one of the wheel balancing weights came off the wheel.
Second time, I found it was warped O/S front brake disc. Only 3mm excess run out was enough to cause wobble.
Never sit with your foot on brake pedal after a long braking descent or fast deceleration from motorway slip road. Good way to warp your discs.

3mm excess run out is an incredibly high figure , no wonder it caused a problem,
