My I phone 5 has always paired well, but suddenly now after pairing it looses it's phone book.
Previous call lists still all work ok.
Have disconnected car battery for re boot.
Have wiped phone and re installed, but still the same issue.
Any ideas to try next please? New Defender Deposit paid 12/17:-) Lookin forward to Dec 2018.

Don't know if you got this fixed, but did you move your contacts to iCloud? I had a similar issue with my Samsung - I haven't checked yet, but it might be because my contacts are stored with Google, rather than on the handset.
Try exporting contacts to your SIM card and then look at the car list.

I spent a bit of time this morning tidying up the contacts on Google and then imported them all to my Samsung Galaxy. Result - all contacts now appear on the phone book on the Disco.
Not sure how to do it with an iPhone, but simply put, if your contacts are in the cloud, your phone will see them by virtue of being connected to the Internet (either wifi or 4G), so they'll appear to you when you try to use them. The Disco, however, does not have 4G so there is nothing on the phone for it to find.
Have a Google for how to import your contacts to the phone.
