As long as you are eligable acccording the the criterea i have set, which I can confirm you indeed are, you can purchase a system for any Model covered by the Nanocom Evo and also add any additional licences during such purchase for other models as well as any relevant accessories that will all be discounted by 25%.

A simple issue Colin. Instructions could be little clearer that the unlock code needs to go in the correctly nubered box according to licence number but it is working now.

These vehicles are so technically advanced and complex that it is enevitable that there will be bugs in the initial software for the Nanocom Evolution firmware, especially as over the years we have become uniquely known for our level of knowledge understanding and expertise, doing all the pioneering work and soley pushing the boundaries of what is possible with the vehicle itself, rather than just what a Dealer can do.
We are indeed very dynamic in respect of resolving any problem or making any possible improvement in the software or documentation etc.

As stated above, i would very warmly welcome any possible suggestions you may have to clarify this requirement further than we already have done.
Right now, with all Nanocoms we ship we include a printed version of our quick setup guide, a copy of which is also provided on line here

In this document I truly believe that we really could do no more to get owners to actually read it.
Step four in this document states

The Nanocom updater is a native to PC app at present, but we understand that some do run this on a MAC with an Emulator
