I was about 3 weeks from supercharging a 4.4 V8 FFRR but got a deal on a factory high spec vogue RSE Supercharged motor.

Was good in some ways but not the BMW build in others FFRR SC 4.2

Bar a left hand D3 EGR manifold pipe 180 deg U that I need Asaph for another blanking at my stainless welding shop!

Anyone got one going!??

Well the prep has started, worked out the re-circulation boost control valve oil fit in behind the D3 radiator Thumbs Up

So got a second cowl to act as a template and got started

Had managed to fit secondary turbo as well with all the bits but then we hit a snag!!!!

The cross-over pipe doesn't fit Big Cry Big Cry

the Jag S type was same 2.7 block / engine type & was as far as I know twin turbo from the start
maybe a source for bits ? BREXIT - done properly.

But, from stone cold, it idles beautifully now. Just need a few miles on it to see if the fuel economy is any better Whistle Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread
