| P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck O |

Hi all
On Saturday I took the car in due to an error on the EPB. The Indy noticed that there was a delay when Reverse gets selected and the truck actually starting to reverse. All error codes were cleared and I think new software was loaded. On the way home we got the F and Transmission Fault Limited Gears Available (this never happened before. The only thing I got prior to this was Transmission Fault when hitting 80KM/H on a a slight uphill or 100KM/H on a flat road).
Today the Indy was kind enough to have another look and P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off was the error code I picked up on the computor.
They have never picked up this error prior to today. Last time I was there I was told that if I replace the turbo the transmission fault will be resolved.
Lock Up (LUC) Solenoid. Is this the cause? Is it a major job? What does it involve, transmission oil change.......?
What else could cause this problem and what are the suggested remedies?

Hi George , do a flush and change the oil with Fuchs 4400 and add 2 x tubes of Dr Tranny instant shudder fix.
99% of the time this fix works

Thanks.
Double flush was done about 8K km's back and 2 tubes of DR tranny added. Had a look at the oil and it is still pretty red (although a bit smelly. normal)

I changed all of my solenoids to rid the p0741 and p0734 p0733 codes. LR Discovery 3
