Cadac for me. We borrowed a Cobb when we were in the Pyrenees, and in my opinion it was not hot enough and "boiled" our steaks. We have since got a little Safari Chef, which is great.
I hate my Cadac, the food can roll off the cooking grille, it cant handle wind without a beer can around the gas tube, it smokes as the fat burns on the enamel plates, the lid has no vents and you cant hang the lid anywhere so it ends up in the ground.

I agree that the Safari Chef does not work well in the wind. Something to consider, is that open fires are not allowed in a lot of campsites in Europe, as we found out. We had a small Weber, and that was classed as an open fire, yet people with Cobb's and Gas BBQ's were fine to use them.

On my one, the inside of the lid has a hefty clip for hanging it on the rim and the legs have lugs to hold the lid so all the weight isn’t on the clip.
Bought my one last year but they told me it was the 2012 model.Dale

Ours is six years old, has vents in the lid and a hook on the inside so you can hang it on the edge of the Cadac to use as a windbreak.
