As some of you already know I brought a 2008 Discovery 3 GS in January. I'd have liked a HSE but due to time frame and costs, this didnt happen. I put a few posts up that I have now found have been cover countless times by other members.
Id like to upgrade my disco so it has:
Detango'd and Xenon headlights (cover in a post and thanks for the prices DiscoMikey)
Supercharged or disco 4 front grill
Front fogs and PDC's (covered in a few posts and thanks for the responses)
Steering wheels controls for radio and CC if my car has it (already have a Parrott bluetooth fitted so no need for phone kit)
Heated seats. (I have black leather seats) is it just a case of switching the control unit in the dash as I have read that pads should be there due to leather seats?
Heated screen. Again just swapping controls in dash and fitting correct screen?
Tinted windows - any recomendations?
Retro fiting Satnav and screen/reversing camera? Currently using a TomTom.
Bigger newer wheels - think i can sort this myself
In car entertainment system for the children?
And im sure theres lots of other things I havent thought of yet.
Cheers
Nick

Stick with the TomTom for sat nav purposes! There are posts on how to put it in the dash hole and make it look almost factory like. And it will actually get you where you want to go
Apart from that, retro fitting the factory screen is not for the faint hearted.Dennis

For tinted windows use pentagon tint in Bristol if not too far away. I have used them for over a decade now and have never had a problem. They use the correct US style film and fit it in the same manner. Unlike some of the cheaper options it will go right to the edge of the window and will not go purple in the sun. I have a Volvo S80 they did for me twelve years ago and it is as good today as when first done.
They recently did my D3 as well while I waited. Limo on the rear and back side then slightly lighter on the rear pax windows.
As to the In car entertainment for kids, give them a crayon and paper and spend the money you save on more bits for you up front
