You are wasting your time and money on the EGR. A blanked EGR cannot be the cause of your problems and any EGR fault codes under the blanks can be ignored.
Your problem is elsewhere!

That's what I've always been saying. Definitely not the EGRs.
If the actuator rod is really free, then my money is on the turbo actuator motor (the electrical motor that moves the vanes) on the way out. That means a new turbo needed as the motor cannot be replaced separately.
P132B is a pretty specific turbo fault so I doubt it is elsewhere.Dennis

On Saturday morning i used a hole can of WD 40 lubricating the actuator rod,also i tight a little bit the turbo hose and i threatened the discovery 3 with a shotgun.
Until today everything is ok,no fault code ,nothing wrong with the engine power .
Definetaly i will not go for the egr replacement.

Aha. If I were you I would not buy a new turbo just yet. See if things work out like this... seems like you've sorted it out Dennis

Finally I replaced the turbocharger with a new on 28/07/2014 and everything its ok now.I was not so lucky with actuator cleaning.My mechanic made the replacement in one day and i am very happy about that.Now all the car is working better the transmission is super and i hope from now on to enjoy it .
