Hi Steve. I'm off to Bulgaria soon. Going via France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Rumania and down into Bulgaria. Main idea was to avoid toll charges and see Vienna, Budapest and Bucharest.
Istanbul is only a few hours more to the south.
If you're interested I'll let you know how I fare.
