there is not a 12V socket in the back of the car, just a cover.

It you mean in row 2 at the back of the cubby box, then it won't have it unless you have the Rear Seat Entertainment option. My MY14 HSE DOES have a 12v socket in the boot though. Is that what you meant?

My MY14 HSE has 2 at the front (on the dash near the gear knob), 1 behind the front seats in the middle console and 1 in the boot, nearside rear. If any of thee are missing I'd suggest it should be fixed under warranty.

Remember that UK HSE spec doesn't match ROW HSE spec

Yes, good catch, didn't spot the nationality.
But I can't think why something like this would vary between regions ?

Open the cover on the left in the trunk. Look for the orange connector in the wiring.

Does anybody know what the max current draw is on the back plug. Will it be able to run a 75l Engle Fridge.
Cheers

Socket-Accessory-Center and Socket-Accessory-Rear joined together and have a fuse 20A. Before fuse installed relay. Relay automatically disables 12 volts every 20 minutes. You need to remove the relay and insert a piece of wire.
