Hi
I have bought at boat trailer and needed to secure that my 13 pin tow bar electrics was working properly. Of course there are issues when you are short of time
1. almost 14 volts at both fuses in boot (trailer left and right rear light) but 0,04 volts on Pin 5 and 7
What could cause this apart form a broken Wiring loom?
2. the 13 pin connector has a plastic tip on the inside (to guide the male connector) and the 13 pins are placed with Pin 3 closest to this plastic tip on all images I have seen. The "problem" here is that my number 3 pin is on the other side of the connector - like it was mounted 180 degrees wrong.
Anyone heard of this before?
Can it be removed and mounted correctly?
Could this be the issue with my missing volts from issue no1?
