Wet seats

A few days ago SWMBO managed to leave passenger side window open all night ( I am not sure how the car managed to lock and alarm not go off but it appears so ).

Unfortunately we had torrential rain which soaked the fabric passenger seat and footwell. I have dried the car out but the water has left several large stains and marks on the seat

Does anyone know if these can be removed and if so how.

If not I may be in the market for a new seat
