Don't have one yet. Big Cry
Will be staying away from deep water until I get one.

Plus I took the dug up with me so wouldn't even risk anything with him in the car.

Don't worry Rich, comment wasn't aimed at you. Just the other heretics.. Laughing

Scotland

This is literally a stones throw from my house. The road known as the Doctors Brae goes under the M80 and is very steep and narrow as it rises out of the dip (flood). The D3 must have started to float at some point as it is at 90deg to the road! The driver was either not a local or thought his Disco could swim as this is a lot of water to gather at this point. I've seen it flooded before but this depth of flood water is unheard of. Neutral

Some more odd things after reviewing the picture on a decent screen.

This isn't a fast flowing river - it is a fairly minor stream that has backed up - possibly from the culvert under the adjacent motorway. So to all intents and purposes the water would be static.

The Discovery is off the line of the roadway and pointing upstream. It is however horizontal.

I wonder if the driver decided against going further and tried a three-point turn?
