Dash is re-booting after satrt and drive off

Good evening to all,

I wonder if anybody will be able to sugest a fix for a problem that i have started to encounter on my Disco 3 hse 2.7 tdv6. Now and then when i start the car up after a night shift (for example) and when the car is completely cold i pull away then the dash and sat nav goes off then re-boots. The radio also cuts out for a second or two. Everything boots up again with no faults or warning lights. It's as if a relay or something changes over once you pull off but seems to cut everything off for a couple of seconds??

Kind regards

Ryan

Mine did this when a faulty alternator was put on the car to replace a dead alternator. The new ones were overcharging and this was the symptom - do a quick search on here and you can read all about it!!

New alternator solved immediately but LR have pulled all the ones they were using and the alternatives are on order I believe as it's caused a bit of a shortage. Speak to sponsor Advanced Factors...
