Don't worry as it's normal.......I thought I'd broken my suspension, when car 'bonged' and I caught a bit of the dash message saying something like suspension lowering   I then realised that I'd moved it into "off road height " when pulling away and had then hit 25mph, when the car decided to go back to normal height  Iggy/Ieuan
