tiger alloys

I had a set of tiger alloy wheels in for refurb in doing
this they remove the small plastic insert at the end
of each spoke they just look like a small torgue style
nut these are made of plastic ,as they will melt during the process
they however are not fit to go back in as get damaged
on removal has anybody else had this done as I cant seem
to source these any help welcome thx .
