| handbrake w/light on after removing key |

hi/
i have a d3 2.7tdv6 hse 2007 and i have just noticed that the handbrake warning light stays on after you remove your key and lock the doors
cant say i have ever noticed it before unless i am having a senior moment lol

Yes, you are having a senior moment.
It is supposed to do that. It will go off after a few minutes.
when it goes off it is an indication that the car has "gone to sleep", which is useful for things like playing with the FBH  Tony
