Ring and ask the dealer. but I suspect you could order one from the factory and wait. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

With all due respect, don't know why you would bother. The 6 speed auto is an excellent match and can do all the manual will do including having little fuel consumption. Add to this the resale value and that says it all. I have had both manual and auto in the TD5s and the auto there was the pick. This D3 V6 is ideally tuned to the 6 speed auto. 2006 HSE TDV6 Bonatti Grey, ECB bull bar, tropical roof, LG Next G car kit, Tom Tom GPS, UHF, Mitchell Bros tow bar, Kimberley Kamper Limited Edition camper trailer and 23 foot Haines Signature half cabin (Towed separately!)

I had the TD5 in auto tried both when buying, no turbo boost lost in auto. TDV6 is even better.
I think you will find to spec a vehicle will be more money too. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Agree autos are the go with turbo diesels. Manuals are a pain in the sand and in heavy offroad conditions. You need a lot of clutch slip to get going. Petrols are slightly better.
Just need to look at offroad competition special vehicles, they are nearly 100% autos. 06 TDV6 SE with many LR and after-market extras. Used only on weekends and trips out west.
