Just back from Forsyths of Denny with my new 19 inch GG ATs. Very impressed with the service, price and tyre, and they do look good. Whilst I was waiting they just kept plying me with coffee.
Their prices are very good for the ATs, and for the defender owners, they do 235/85 16 Special Tracks for £108 fitted, the cheapest elsewhere is £94 delivered, by the time they are fitted thats at least £104, so it is well worth the drive I think to get the peace of mind of a local supplier.
They probably also do Duratracs but I didn't ask, may be worth a call.
They are about 2 miles from Stirling services towards Denny (from the south you pass them on the M80 at the 1 mile to services marker.
I suppose now I need to expand my excuses list for the Tyros!

Hi Dave,
Tyres look great - let's see if they do make a difference at the TYRO's
I'd be really interested to hear if you notice any considerable difference in MPG as will need to consider some tyres for mine in the near future.

I use road trip so should be able to see.
I think it will suffer slightly, but if they last twice as long as the wranglers, cost a darn sight less and I get say 1 mpg less then I would say its a winner all roundJoined the BMWX5 45e group
