Traction control kicking in

I've been away offshore for about 2 weeks so on my return last night I drove home, the wife uses the car when I'm away btw but she usually drives pretty slow,
Any way when I'm coming round right hand corners the traction control kicks in not major violently but allot sooner and very noticeable like one sided braking and I'm Not even going that fast...anyway it wasent like this before so after a bit of interrogation to her..I believe she hasent hit not curb or such like, and the tyres are still decent, any ideas?
Cheers

Have you had any work done to the front end ?

I recently had all the front end replaced, the wish bones inc bushes are from a RRS !
Track rods, drop links and other items replaced.

The RRS bushes are definately firmer than the D3 ones, and the new tight front end has highlighted the sloppy rear resulting in mine acting lively in the corners ?

Are they a big job to do? Do you need press's etc or they simple enough? Thanks

Could be as simple as the steering angle sensor has lost its calibration. It does happen from time to time, especially if the battery has been low on charge.

As said though, more than likely worn bushes sompelace Thumbs Up

Are you sure its traction Control not DSC, could be steering angle sensor calibration. Have you had wheel alignment done recently? Had same issue on mine with DSC cutting in when Steering angle sensor miles out of calibration.

I have got the exact same problem at the moment. It's OK when I drive sedately, but push it round long fast mainly right bends, the DSC kicks in.

Now I know I've got a slow puncture on the near side rear.

Got a set of 17" rims, that I'm going to stick on to elimate that.

Front and back bushes have been done. Upper and lower at the rear. Car has had 4 wheel alignment done. Steering sensor has been recalibrated.

Not done yaw sensor.....not sure if this can be done with the IID Tool ???

Got the roof box on at the moment, so wondering if that's not helping .......

My DSC issue seems to be resolved now. Both pins and clips holding the brake shoes on on the off side had disintergraded and I had replaced.

Decided I'd better check near side, sure enough one shoe was missing a pin and the remnants of the clip.

Replaced both pins and clips and it's been fine since.
