I know a couple of people with these installed - pretty damn good piece of kit for the price. Would work well in a Sankey so long as you have a 12v battery in it aka Wiggs/ Chris Tyler stylee

Thanks for the heads up!
I've just bought one because at that price I can't ignore it.
Might have to be used as part of the dual battery setup though rather than on the main one, see a few reviews say it draws about as much as leaving the interior lights on 24/7.
I'll let people know what it's like once it arrives!

Dammit - just paid that for a 2G GPRS Modem. Oh well......
edit: will be interested to see how this can be hacked to SMS it back to close a contact
edit2: duh "you can send an SMS message to the tracker to cut off the gas and battery power" or turn on your FBH!

Thanks for this
Just ordered one.
Hope the wiring is an easy fit, the only issue is where would you wire in the remote engine kill switch function, most ive seen disable the starter motor, but this is to kill the engine whilst its running

This appears to come with a 40A relay, so it should easily be able to control an FBH. Pretty impressive all told. Thanks! I've actually ordered one to wire into the Merc (we're going to drive through Europe to Poland and tour a few other countries in the Summer, having a simple tracker sounds like a good idea "just in case").

Interesting video, and product, but the presenter sounds uninterested…??
It looks a good unit for the money, I have something similar on my boat, it monitors various things like movement speed etc, also bilge water levels, power supply etc.
I am seriously thinking a good idea??
Best wishes to all.

Looks like a viable alternative to a £270 FBH controller.
Where would you position the GPS antennas on a D3? Presume they would not work if mounted on the inside of a metal surface? 2021 BMW iX3 Premier Edition in Carbon Black ⚡️🔌

Mines just arrived - 2 days
So if i want to use the 'kill engine' command, it suggests running a wire to the fuel pump, wire and relay supplied, so.........anyone know easiest way to wire into fuel pump? or is there something else I can cut into that will cut the engine (temporarily of course)
Loads of how to's to disable starter motor which I dont want.

The trouble witht he fuel pump cut of is it's controlled by a carpy cheap chinese relay, which I'm guessing if it fails could leave you stranded. Also do you want to be responsible for cutting the fuel while the thief is doing 100mph down the Mway in your pride and joy......
