I washed and hosed out the engine bay after a off road trip, and now have a HDC transmission fault, with suspension lowering and warning signs - any advice or tips to rectify?

Yes do not use the hose under the bonnet around the battery area due to the main fuse boar, suggest lifitng bonnet and allowing sun/wind to dry things out and hope for best. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Just had the Transfer Case ECU replaced - unfortunately it did not survive the thorough hose down I gave the engine - lesson to be had - keep it dirty
