Bluetooth or not Bluetooth
HELP as the name suggests I am an old bloke & totally confused over the bluetooth.
I have an 55 plate SE, with touch screen sat nav, 6 disc head unit, phone buttons on steering wheel &
voice command.
But my phone will not connect via bluetooth, been onto Wiggs site, ripped out the O/S quarter panel to nothing
All I get is Ford Audio & nowt else.
How do I fix this please ? read all the threads, totally confused.com

I cant quite remember but I'm sure my (albeit 05) SE had the phone buttons (touch screen, voice activation ect) but no bluetooth capability - it came a little later - so you might have an earlier 55? - TBH I cant remember when they came with it, but someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly no doubt - welcome by the way

if your getting ford audio ..then you have the LR aftermarket kit .
it pairs with 0000 and the module ( there is actually 2 ) are located behind the front consul (one each side )
you cant update these modules ( and LR stopped making them a few years back )
ignore the yellow arrows ...one bluetooth and one control module are were the red circles are

Hi Wiggs,
Thanks for the info, yup sure thing found the units,checked the plugs were fitted in ok,have tried pairing with the 4 zeros, still got diddly squat,
Is it me ? my phone says it's paired, am i missing something? starting to wear the print off the handbook now
If it's just kaput what's the best way forward
