Suspension squeak
Ever since Salisbury I've had a squeaking from nearside rear suspension....any ideas welcome as to where I should look to resolve this annoying issue 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

We know there were frogs in some of the water hazards - may be there were mice in some of the drier traps?Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Me too mate, potholes or speed bumps bring it on. It is not evident on the flat. I considered WD40 but on looking around I couldn't see where it would possibly do any good. I may try the WD40 around the brakes Captain Nick Medhurst would ask:
"What is the first rule when overlanding?"
I would Reply:
"Duratrac"

A more apt description is perhaps that of a squeaking metal framed bed 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I got underneath the motor this evening, my lad was stood on the tailgate bouncing up and down. It appears that the noise is coming from the wishbone bushes (if thats the right terminology) I sprayed them with some wd40....but to no avail. Can bushes make such a racket??21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
