Blanking plenum chamber

If I use just the blanking plates to blank the EGR valves with removing them, how do I go about blanking the plenum chamber with the full blanking kit?

I would like to remove the pipes, how does the 2p method work?

The 2p method only blanks the egrs themselves, and is only a temporary fix.

You'll need the full kit (four plates) to blank the plenum, don't forget to remove the butterfly...

Thumbs Up

Thanks lads, read all the tread the other night. I am still confused as to what to do with the top end once the plates are in place. Do you just leave the pipes? And if you want the pipes gone it is the full kit or nothing?

If you get the cheapskate two plates, these bolt in between the egr and the pipe...

You need the four plate kit, as it's the pipes that hold all the crap and restricts the airflow...

Don't forget to clean the map sensor while you're in there...

I got this plates for nothing so thought I would use them, think I will buy another CHEAPSKATE 4 piece kit and blank the chamber with those.
