pulled out front diff breather hose

Hi all,

When I'm replacing front diff breather cap, i pulled the host 10 cm out of it's original location. I though it might just be some clip fall off and give the host extra movement somewhere...Now it's a bit hard for me to push it back.

Anyone knows if it's easy to snap off the bottom end connected to the diff?

pardon my English and hope you guys understand what I meant.

Cheers
Tom

The bottom end simply pulls out of the diff ... and then pushes back in. You'll really need to jack the car up and remove the wheel for access, mind ...

Checked, found the pipe is pretty securely attached to the diff. Not easy to snap off... hopefully I was checking the correct pipe.
