Ipanema Sand -Views
Hi
There's a reasonable priced 2012 D4 HSE that I am interested in. It's in the above colour, not my first choice and have not seen it in the flesh till Friday when it is available.
I am sure this was the released colour for the FFRR when it came out....

Best colour is Nara Bronze but then I am a little biased

Mines Impenema Sand, with Almond leather interior. Dash top and door capings are a chocolate colour, and all the carpet is light, along with all the rear plastics around the load area (inc load cover), so the interior is nice and bright. Looks really nice together, and much better than boring black
This was when I brought in in Sept, it now has full length roof rails, side steps and mudflaps fitted

I really like it. Its not quote gold, and not quite silvery, but looks different colours dependent upon the light.

I've had a few discos and it was my favourite colour

It's not a colour I like, but it's you buying it, do you like it? Doesn't matter what others think. I had a maya gold D3 and loved it, but others hate, but it didn't matter.Joined the BMWX5 45e group

I like it for what it's worth. There are a few around where I live and they look classy. Don't think I have seen one with anything less than HSE spec.

This is the old man's 8speed hse in Ipanema. Probably not my first choice in colour and did call it grandad gold but it has grown on me. Many different colours depending how the light catches it. Silver. Grey. Gold. Even a tinge of green at times

I prefer these colours as they are not the boring old, same old same old!!!
When I buy my D4 it will be Nara Bronze!!! No accounting for good taste!!

Hi,
My last D4 XS was Ipanema and I really liked it when I ordered it (obviously ), but it did wear off me over the three years I had it. Not helped when my wife referred to it as beige and on reflection I think it is an old boy's colour, but the upside is that they're pretty rare and don't show the dirt or scratches.
I much prefer the Corris grey of my new D4
All my personal opinion of course, be very boring if we were all the same.
