Is this what your looking for, I could also send GPX files to upload to GPS if you need it. This is the Old Coach Road but I could get the others as well?

Would just like to echo what others have said about our day spent on the Cumbrian Green roads. We got real lucky with the weather, with some fantastic views.
The Green Roads were a little more technical than I was expecting for being green road routes, however, thoughly enjoyed them and yet again proves just what these car are capable of.
Damage report, small scratch to my sidesteps, one small nick/hole in a tyre sidewall and a cut in another tyre too. More annoyed that I do not know where I done my tyre in at.

Some of these routes have voluntary one ways so check the council website Club N.E.R.D.s
