Which fuses to pull to disable EHB? aka EPB
Hi,
Sorry, i'm sure this must have been covered a million times, but, I can't find the answer.
There are apparently 2 fuses i need to pull to disable the EHB [EPB], i've done F41 behind the glove box, but, can't find which other one there is. Can someone help?
(Typical it failed 1 1/2 days before we set off for Morocco, thnakfully though, it failed off and my local indi has booked me in for 10am tomorrow - which i personally think is sterling service!

EHB = Electric Hand Brake (always assumed that was the appropriate short hand for it?)
I've looked in the engine bay fuse box though and with the handbook still can't work out which one relates to the EHB?

Or is it not one of these and is there another one i'm missing?

See now this all comes down to the fact that I am English, Land Rover is English (well, kinda) so why the hell is it called a park brake (an american word) when it is actually a hand brake?
And thanks, X4, Y6 about to be removed

This just got expensive
It's just a snapped cable, but, can't get hold of a cable from anywhere today, so, had to order a complete new hand brake system (which includes new cables) so, £500 near enough for the whole hand brake system to be replaced just for a cable

Best advice is keep the old EPB unit.
Somebody may very well be grateful that you're selling one and you'll recoup some of your loss. Mods:

Thanks, yes I thought it might be a useful spare to have kicking around. Hopefully this will mitigate against any potential hand brake issues for the next few years... or is that just wishful thinking?!

Sell it and move on. With proper servicing EPBs last ages so you would be unlucky to need another.
