D4 Restricted Performance
At speed on motorway when outdoor temperature is 18° or above vehicle goes into Restricted Performance but clears when vehicles is stopped for several minutes. It's been into LR 5 times over the summer, had turbo changed, downloads, updates, actuator valve...but to no avail...anyone help??

Would help if you had the fault codes, if it happens over 80, could be the throttle body issue which has struck few of us on here. There is a TSB about this, just search about on here.

Fault Code (at least on two occasions) P2263-22 (Turbo boost system) but as mentioned they've already replaced turbo under warranty !!

I had a similar problem on my 2010 HSE - caused by the "Turbo Shutoff Valve" - it was a software issue and the dealer performed a "Re-Learn" to solve it.Duncan

If you are getting this when cruising, typically on the motorway at "motorway speeds" then I would suggest it is the throttle body. The TSB is listed in the thread above. If it is under warranty, point the dealer to the TSB and get the throttle body changed.
Unfortunately mine was out of warranty and LR doesn't really admit it's a fault and wouldn't contribute!
