A set for the D3 and a set for the new work van.
Up rated bulbs don't half save on the tiredness headaches when I'm working winter dark evenings.
I used to use H4 90/130w bulbs instead of the 55/60w it came with in my old van. I know they were illegal but as a driver working in winter evening conditions, poor lights make my head pound. The loom in my new Renault won't take the amps needed for the 130s until I add some relays.
Let's hope these do the job and are a little more 'other motorist' friendly. I'm sure my high powers were horrible to drive towards but I don't half miss them. Narpy Grill, tinted windows, Smooth leather wheel (TLO Group buy), ACM fitted (thanks TLO), Rear door loom and Row 2 & 3 audio switch upgrade, RRS 20" wheel change, 285 Cooper LTZ's Sat Nav Mod (until I get a Faultmate upgrade), Front & Rear lamp guards. 4x4 screen now switched on - Woody32, Follow me home reverse lights - woody32, Auto release EPB - Woody32. Off Road Navigation - Woody32. Remap + EGR's switched off. Full chassis clean and Waxoyl.

Thanks to Steve and the team at AF for their excellent service, my Jimny now has some headlights that really work ! Not sure the Rabbits are to keen on them though.

Used the H4s on the old Jazz in anger for the first time yesterday with a stupid o'clock start down the A9 and they are fab compared with the OEM bulbs. Mega improvement.

Received these today and have fitted to the main beam and dip on the passenger side so i can compare them to the originals. Still daylight here so will have to wait a while to see if they are much brighter.
Regards colour I wouldn't say they are white but they are much less yellow than the originals.
I ordered 2 sets of the new night breaker unlimited yesterday and when they arrive I will fit to the drivers side to compare before allocating one set to SWMBO's A4.

For the record, I bought 2x twin packs of these Osram 90% Nightbreakers last September... the last one has just blown. I make that a life expectancy of about 3 months each bulb - I think something's wrong with my car?
Going to give the Nightbreaker Unlimited a try this time and see if they are any better?

Does sound like an over voltage issue - have you had issues with other bulbs? Do you want me to send you something different to try? We can always bleat warranty at Osram!Paul Redding

Glad I didn't buy any, I had a premonition just before I hit the buy button shown in my last post
