Hi,
I just purchased a set of 19" wheels seemingly for a d3/4 but they are rubbing the front calipers.
They are 14 spoke ones with the doubled up spokes.

Bung a pic up, can't think of a 14 spoke rim that fits a D3/4.

I have those on mine. The 2010 Range Rover wheel, you'll need a 3mm spacer on the front.

Those look like FFRR rims and need spacers.

Have the balance weights been stuck inside? Have seen that done before on a Skoda and there wasn't enough clearance so they hit the calliper each time the wheel went round.

so are the spacers hub centric?
Will this not mean that the wheels are not in spigot?

FFRR wheels are rated 925kg IIRC the Disco rating is 940kg.
Fitting lower rated rims or tyres may cause some problems with your insurers; you should, of course, advise them of all modifications, and non-standard of equipment fitted.
If I were in your shoes I would reject these wheels as not fit for purpose, and not matching the description on eBay, as Discovery 3 or 4 wheels.

IIRC the wheel still sits on the hub with the spacers fitted, just by 3mm less.
I've had mine on for 10K now, driven all the way to Barcelona and back, all the way to St Anton (Austria) and back, did a week off road in the Pyrenees and I haven't noticed any differences in handling or vibration.
My wheel nuts stay torqued up too, I check them once a month.

These wheels seem to be regularly covered throughout http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic13859-390.html and I for one am disappointed they do not fit as I have a beautiful set taken from my ffrr and had planned to transfer to my D3. They do apparently fit the D4 but I guess a calliper swap is not an option?
